A process for printing packaging materials, in particular sausage casings, by known printing methods with the aid of printing inks containing a polyol/polyisocyanate two-component system as binder, where the packaging material is printed first with the polyol/polyisocyanate binder system and subsequently with the various printing inks, which contain only the polyol components of said binder system.
