In the case of a cushion for garden furniture, composed of a water-repellent cushion cover which forms a cover for the padding, it is intended to solve the object of designing the cushion for garden furniture in such a manner that it can be repadded in a simple manner by topping up the padding and thus resumes its original dimensions. The invention achieves this object by virtue of the fact that the cushion cover forms a pocket for the padding of the back part and a pocket for the padding of the seat part, that these two pockets are connected to each other by a web and that each pocket has an openable fastener. After being used for some time, new padding can additionally be inserted into this openable fastener and, in this way, repadding can be undertaken, the new padding being added to the older padding so that the cushion resumes its original dimensions.
