PURPOSE:To facilitate the test after completion of a logic design by forming the device by a recognizing section consisting of an automatic roller section taking in and out a drawing on which a circuit is recorded, a light source section and a copying section and a processing section displaying a picture. CONSTITUTION:The recognizing section 11 is formed by the light source section 12, the copying section 15 and the automatic roller section 13 taking in and out the drawing 14, and a displaying section 10 with the displaying picture 105 and the processing section 16 are placed on the recognizing section. Every kind of IC elements 145-148 and signal line names 141-143 from other drawings and the like are recorded previously to the drawing 14 taken in and out by means of the automatic roller section 13. The drawing is projected onto the picture 105 by using a switch 101 indicating the copying of a drawing corrected, a switch 102 for memorizing the correcting section of a drawing unit, a changeover switch 103 displaying connection between the circuit being inspected at present and other drawings and a changeover switch 104 automatically taking in and out the drawing. Accordingly, a connection 106 being under trouble is corrected by employing a light pen 108, and a connection 107 after correction is pictured to the picture 105. |
