<p>PURPOSE:To subject malodorant generated during a treating process of human excretion, aminal exertion or sludge to deodorizing treatment easily and inexpensively by a method wherein malodorant is passed through a heated oil under vacuum and further contacted with a spray like oil. CONSTITUTION:In a deodorizing tank 1, a heated oil (a) such as an animal oil, a vegetable oil or a mineral oil is received. Malodorant is withdrawn from a stock material tank 2 receiving human excretion, aminal excretion, sludge, filth or rotten substance under vacuum and passed through the heated oil (a). A malodorant component such as indole or the like deodorized by polymerization and modification but further contacted with the heated oil sprayed from an oil scattering pipe 3 arranged to the upper space of the deodorizing tank 1 to perfectly remove the malodorant component mixed in, adhered to and blended in air. As the oil to be sprayed, the heating oil (a) is recirculated and used. Malodorant is withdrawn into the deodorizing tank 1 from the stock material tank 2 and, at the same time, the oil is withdrawn from the oil tank 4 to be used as the heated oil (a).</p> |
