<p>PURPOSE:To enhance fermenting efficiency with inexpensive energy, by arranging a tank provided with a heat collector to gasify low-boiling point components contained in it with utilzation of solar heat and a pressurizing or decompressing piston means which is driven with vaporized gas. CONSTITUTION:When the heat-collecting plate 2 of a tank 1 provided with a heat collector is heated by solar heat, the heat is transmitted to a heat-radiating plate 3 and radiated to heat and vaporize low-boiling point componets 4 in the tank 1. As a result, the pressure inside the tank 1 rises and drives a timer to open an electromagnetic valve 12, so that the vaporized gas flows through a pipe 10 into the cylinder 7 of a pressurizing or decompressing piston means 6 and pushes a piston downwards. Consequently, the piston 19 of a gas feeder 17 coupled to the piston 9 is also lowered so that the generated gas inside a cylinder 18 is injected through a pipe 24 into the fermenting liquid 25 to agitate the fermenting liquid 25.</p> |
