PURPOSE:To avoid the eccentricity of a semiconductor element with a columna electrode by forming at least one or more ringed disks, which are deformed elastically, with projections while contacting the disks with the internal wall section of a cylindrical vessel and an electrode wall when the semiconductor element is encased into the vessel. CONSTITUTION:A foil plate 3 made of silver, etc. is spread on the internal bottom of the opening of the cylindrical vessel 1 in order to obtain heat transmission effectively, and the semiconductor element 2 with the columnar electrode 5 projected upward and a control electrode 9 is placed on the foil plate. For position the centers of the electrodes 5, 9, a plurality of the ringed disks 6 are fitted to the electrode sections, and a metallic washer 7 is arranged onto the disks, and pushed by means of a disk spring 8. In such constitution, an elastically deformed material, such as natural mica, Teflon, resin, rubber, etc. is used as the ringed disks 6, and the projections 14, 15 contacting with the internal wall section of the vessel 1 and the projections 17, 18 contacting with the wall of the electrode 5 are formed previously to several sheets among the disks. |
