PURPOSE:To pump up underground water continuously and smoothly into a pumping pipe by providing a lower check valve at the lower end of the exterior cylinder and an upper check valve, connected to a wire rope, at the lower end of bellows. CONSTITUTION:When a treadle 30 of a pedal lever 28 is pushed down, a wire rope 25 is pulled and a valve guide 20 is also pulled through a lower weight rod 24. Accordingly, an upper check valve 16 holding said guide 20 is pulled up in whole and bellows 14 is pushed up to be shrunken. Water in the bellows moves upward inside a pumping pump 3 and is taken out from a pumping instrument 23. At this time, a valve of a lower check valve part 7 is pushed up by underground water pressure and the water coming in from an opening flows into an exterior cylinder 4 through an inlet of a valve guide. |
