PURPOSE:To make it possible to eliminate marking operation, give an instruction on machining condition to an operator and check accuracy of a work, by combining a computer and an image indicating machine with a mesuring sensor provided in such a manner as to be capable of making vertical, horizontal and rotary movements. CONSTITUTION:A measuring box 13 is moved vertically by a lifting motor 7, shifted to the right and left by a shifting motor 15, moved back and forth by a motor 18 and rotated by a driving device 17. The measuring box 13 is provided with a measuring sensor 14 which is connected to a computer 27 and also to a display 28. In this mechanism, when the sensor 14 is set to a hole (a), coordinates x1 and y1 of the hole (a) and also the diameter of the hole are measured by sensing of scales 25 and 26, and the results are put into the computer 27. Similarly, the sensor 14 is shifted to measure x2, y2...z2. And then, when dimensions on a drawing and standard cutting condition are put into the computer 27, dimensions of the hatched section, which has not yet been machined, are indicated on the display 28, and also an instruction is given indicating amount of cutting, etc. and machining conditions. By operating it similarly after the machining, dimensional accuracy check can be achieved. It is possible, by doing so, to eliminate necessity of conducting marking operation. |
