PURPOSE:To obtain economically and advantageously products whose quality is on a certain level, by pressing and collapsing a synthetic resin thin sheet laid on a metal tube using ultrasonic melt bonding thereby securing tightly the metal tube to the synthetic resin thin sheet. CONSTITUTION:The metal tube 1 is continuously formed, and is securred by a receiving jig 2 having an arcuate groove 2a in which part of the metal tube 1 is embedded and secured, the synthetic resin sheet 3 is placed with one surface thereof in contact with the metal tube 1 and the end surface of the receiving jig 2, and ultrasonic vibrations are applied on the other surface of the synthetic resin sheet by an ultrasonic horn 4 of duralumin to collapse the synthetic resin sheet so that the metal tube 1 is secured to the synthetic resin sheet 3. |
