PURPOSE:To effectively use the use of a computer, by recognizing the share correctly for the start and end of utilization of a terminal for the operator through the addition of a remaining time information on an ID card. CONSTITUTION:When a user inserts a card to a card reader/writer 21 at a terminal, an ID number is informed to the host and a table 44 is indexed. On the other hand, a comment urging the input of a pass word is displayed on a display 22 at the terminal, and the operator inputs the pass word from a keyboard 23. The inputted pass word is given to the host and a time T1 when the remaining time read from the card is not zero is written in the table 44. If the pass words are discident, or the remaining time is zero, the display is made. Further, at the start and end of utilization, the remaining time is displayed. |
