PURPOSE:To control the conveyance of loaded water of the title equipment safely and properly by a method wherein a control circuit for controlling the conveyance of loaded water is housed together with a heat pump unit in a same casing body and conveyance controlling signal of loaded water is used as power source of a controlling system of loaded water. CONSTITUTION:A refrigeration compressor 21, a heat exchanger 23 of heat source side water and the control circuit 43 for controlling the refrigeration compressor 21 and the conveyance of loaded water are housed in the same casig body (main body) 1. Said conveyance controlling signal of loaded water is used as power source of the controlling system of loaded water, resulting in safely and properly controlling the conveyance of loaded water and as well as simplifying the wiring for controlling the conveyance of loaded water.
