<p>PURPOSE:To improve the thawing efficiency, by spraying chilled water in forcibly circulating cold air, thereby generating steam in high efficiency. CONSTITUTION:The food G to be thawed is introduced into the thawing chamber 1 through the opening W, and the thawing is started by driving the fans 4 and circulating the cold air in the chamber through the circulation path 2. Chilled water is sprayed with the spraying device 5 to effect the evaporation of the chilled water. The steam generated by the evaporation is condensed and frosted on the surface of the food G in the chamber to effect the heat exchange, and proceed the thawing of the food G slowly.</p> |
