PURPOSE:To output an inputted language or a translated result in a voice, by storing the voice information corresponding to various characters of a sentence or a word stored in a memory in advance. CONSTITUTION:Display of a character, and turn-on, turn-off, etc. of each symbol in a display part 2 are controlled by an output signal from a display driving and controlling IC 6. A necessary language is stored and the information of a language and a voice of a sentence, a word, etc. in an electronic interpreter is stored by providing a matrix circuit for constituting a key part, a module 9 having 4 ROMs in its inside, a module 10 having one ROM which stores no voice information but only language information, and an ROM11 for storing the voice information. Also, a latching circuit 14 for outputting a sound signal output or a key strobe signal is provided, the data of a data bus 13 is latched by a signal P, an output of the latching circuit 14 is D/A-converted, and a loudspeaker 16 is driven by a driving circuit 15. |
