PURPOSE:To prevent system-down due to program loading, by performing program loading via a maintenance monitoring microcomputer always monitoring the operating state of a system. CONSTITUTION:A maintenance monitoring microcomputer 5 receives the operation status information of microcomputers 10-n0 and stores it in its internal buffer. The maintenance monitoring microcomputer 5 has the relation between the operating state of a system and a program load possiblity with an internal table and discriminate whether there is any hindrance for system operation with program loading or not. An input and output managing microcomputer device 2 receives program load permission information from the computer 5, fetches a program from an input and output device 3 and transfers the program to the corresponding microcomputers. |
