PURPOSE:To obtain a small-sized apparatus having high reliability, by finding a time difference of different polarization value between two points by an integrator at the time of damping process of the polarization value of a metallic sample piece. CONSTITUTION:A capacitor 2 is charged by a direct current power supply 1. A metallic sample piece for measurement immersed in a plating liquid is connected to a terminal 10, an opposite electrode is connected with a terminal 9 and a comparison electrode is connected to a terminal 11. Further, an electric charge stored in the capacitor 2 is supplied to the terminal 10 by a switch 3. Fluctuation of electric potential of the metallic sample piece accompanied by the supply of the electric charge is measured basing on the comparison electrode and the potential difference between the terminals 10 and 11 is measured by an electric potential measuring mechanism 4. The electric potential difference is measured as the time variation of polarization value and output of a comparator 5 set up different polarization values eta1, eta2 are supplied to an integrator 6, then the value corresponding to the time difference between the polarization values is obtained. A generated deposition curent of nonelectrolytic plating is found by inputting this output into a denominator of the divider 7. |
