PURPOSE:To obtain the titled molding material the scattering of flowability, of which is less and which is excellent in charge and injection properties, by granulating a phenol resin molding material, separating it into several parts in accordance with the sizes of the particles, and drying them until the parts attain to have the same flowability. CONSTITUTION:The phenol resin molding material granulated by a high-speed stirring mixer 1 is loaded via a discharge port 2 in a first hopper 3 of a separator, and part of the material is separated by the first separator 4 comprising a metal mesh to be accumulated on a receiving plate 5. The remaining part of the molding material is similarly treated by separators 7, 8 and each part is accumulated on a respective receiving plate. The thus parts separated according to the size of the particles of the molding material are dried in a box type hot current curculating drier 14 until they have a pescribed flow value, and then they are removed therefrom, cooled and mixed. |
