PURPOSE:To make an analogical check possible, by fixing the potential of the input terminal an amplifier in DC in the circuit where the input terminal of the amplifier is led out through a capacity element. CONSTITUTION:The input terminal of an inverter 6 (amplifier) for oscillation is led to the outside of an integrated circuit through a capacity element. An oscillator is connected between the input terminal and the output terminal to oscillate. A transistor TR 12 is connected directly to the input terminal of the inverter 6 without interposition of the capacity element, and the other terminal of the TR 12 is connected to the level ''H'' or ''L''. Since a control signal is applied to the gate terminal of the TR 12 to fix the input terminal of the inverter 6 to the ''H'' or ''L'' level, an analogical check concerning a leakage current is possible. |
