PURPOSE:To test the indefectibility of a driving circuit including an actuator, by flowing and interrupting an operating current only during a short time, when the actuator does not come into the actual operation or the actual stop, in course of the operation of a plant. CONSTITUTION:In the normal state, a contact 1 is turned off, and an actuator 10 is not operated; and a pulse signal which is turned on only for a time shorter than the operation time of the actuator is generated by a pulse generating circuit 24, and a pulse signal is flowed from a DC power source 16 to the actuator 10 and a power transistor 25. This current is detected by a current pickup 26, and the indefectibility of the actuator circuit is discriminated in a discriminating circuit 27 on a basis of the current value and the waveform. Thus, there is no probability of erroneous operations, and a high-reliability testing equipment is obtained because it is unnecessary to use a movable contact in the actuator circuit. |
