<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of a bad condition of the titled machine and to enable its manual operation, by equipping a pressure receiving step part for a pressing plate between a flexible diaphragm body of a vegetable container of the power type pickling machine and the pressing plate, and setting a receiving plate to be engaged with the step part. CONSTITUTION:The cover 4 and the pressing plate 51 are removed, the vegetable 80 and the pickling solution 81 are fed to the vegetable container 3, and the cover 4 and the pressing plate 51 are set. The motor 9 is operated and the sliding body 24 is reciprocated, so that the squeezing rollers 30 are reciprocated while being rotated. By this operation, the pickling solution 81 is penetrated into the vegetable 80 which is subjected to squeezing action and a loading point transferring action through the diaphragms body 49 consisting of a flexible body. Since the pressure receing step part 50 set on the vegetable container 3 is engaged with the pressing plate 51 even when the machine is not used, the load of the spring 54 is prevented from being applied to the diaphragm 49. The machine can be used by manual operation by supporting the receiving plate.</p> |
