PURPOSE:To transmit normal data while correcting a phase shift between transmitted data and synchronous timing by counting the transmitted data from a terminal equipment, generating a synchronous timing signal automatically when the count value reaches a prescribed value, and sending it to a modulator and demodulator. CONSTITUTION:Between an electronic computer, etc., as a center and terminal equipments 9a and 9b which transmit and receive data, a branching device 5 is provided through modulator and demodulators 2, and 8a and 8b, communication circuits 3, and 7a and 7b, and modulators 4, and 6a and 6b. This branching device 5 is provided with a timing pulse generating circuit 18 which counts data transmitted from the equipments 9a and 9b and generates a timing pulse automatically when the data reach some length. The timing pulse from the generating circuit 18 is synthesized by a synthesizing circuit 19, and while a synchronizing circuit 10 corrects a phase shift between the transmitted data and synchronous timing, the data is transferred to the center 1 through a distributing circuit 11, thus transferring the correct data. |
