PURPOSE:To provide a photoenergy converter making use of excellent weatherproof fluorescent elements. CONSTITUTION:The light with the wave length equivalent to the fluorescent element absorbing spectra among the lights incident to the transparent plastic film resolving at leat one kind of the organic fluorescent substance selected from the group comprising the thioindigo base fluorescent substance or perinon base fluorescent substance 12-H-phthaloperi-12-on, CI Vat Orange 7 or CI Vat Red 15 substituted with the antraquinone base fluorescent element of pyranthrone group, dibenzanthrone group, isodibenzanthrone group or dibenzpyrenequinone group or thioindigo or methyl radical and/or halogen atoms is converted into the light with longer wave length and further into the electric energy together with the remaining incident light by means of the solar battery optically connected to the said film. |
