PURPOSE:To obtain an exchange gate circuit made from bubble memory chips of a major/minor loop configuration of an on-chip cash system, by realizing an exchange gate which can withstand continuous operations and has a wide margin in a true swap gate. CONSTITUTION:A major line/minor loop configuration of an on-chip cash system is formed on a chip 300. A magnetic bubble makes a round trip along a loop following the direction shown by the arrow when no electric current pulses are given to an exchange gate 370. This circuit is formed so that a hair pin conductor gate 371 having a wide part along the minor loop may be added to the 1st and 2nd gate sections 340 and 360, and the heat generated when an electric pulse is continuously given to the conductor gate 371, is effectively discharged, and thus, a gate having a wide margin is obtained. Since transferring course 311, 322 are made coincidently with 12 bits and transferring courses 312 and 321 are made coincidently with 10 bits, no vacant bits will be generated when the exchange gate is on and off. |
