PURPOSE:To achieve alignment of a laminatd core in a short time and with high precision by a method wherein both the ends of the core are pinched from both sides with a pair of rollers and rocked reciprocally in the direction of lamination to bend the laminated core and form a step width in the core. CONSTITUTION:Rollers 11A and 11B, and 11C and 11D are arranged in parallel with each other so as to pinch both ends of a core 1 composed of multiple laminated sheets. Rollers 11A and 11C are swivelwise pivoted on brackets 13A and 13B, respectively, and rollers 11B and 11D are swivelwise pivoted on movable brackets 18A and 18B. Further, bracket 13A is linked with bracket 13B by means of pin 26, and is pivoted swivelwise. By rocking the rollers in the pinching state in the direction of a lamination of the core with bracket 13A and by bending the laminated core, joggling work is conducted on the laminated core. With this construction, a desired step depth can be easily achieved in a short time, and also an arbitrary step width setting can be made precisely. |
