PURPOSE:To stably shape flow-rate pulses which contain no unnecessary component by increasing the output pulse width of a monostable multivibrator above unnecessary pulse width by a circuit which integrates and counts the output of a flow meter, and combining an FF circuit with it. CONSTITUTION:A monostable multivibrator 22 is triggered by the rising pulse 31 of an unnecessary component pulse 30 added to flow-rate pulses 32 inputted to an input terminal 21. Then, when output pulse width is td and the time width of the unnecessary component is ta, a pulse meeting the requirement of td>ta is outputted to the clock terminal C of an FF23. The flow-rate pulse 32 is inputted succeeding to the pulse 34, and a flow-rate pulse 35 which contains no unnecessary component appears at the output of the FF23 with the rising pulse 33 of the unnecessary component pulse added after the pulse 32, and is inputted to a counter 25 to be integrated. |
