PURPOSE:To evade a decrease in heat resistance by improving the dispersibility and wear resistance of magnetic powder by adding a salt of dialkyl sulfosuccinate to a magnetic layer which uses cellulose resin and an urethane prepolymer as binder components. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic layer formed by binding magnetic powder with a binder which contains cellulose resin and an urethane prepolymer contains a salt of dialkyl sulfosuccinate. As said salt, alkali metallic salt, for example, is used by preferably about 0.1-10wt% to the magnetic powder. For adding this salt to the magnetic layer, it is added and mixed together with another paint component into magnetic paint to be applied over a base, or adhered to the surface of the magnetic powder previously in an adequate means to apply the magnetic paint, made of the powder, over the base. |
