PURPOSE:To deliver a spool safely and certainly, by setting up a safety device on a stopper on the downgrade end portion of a receiveing stand and allowing the stopper to operate only in the case when a lifter which receives the spool is in the assigned receiving position. CONSTITUTION:A kicker 20 fixed on a lifter 12 touches a roller 16 and pushes a rod 17 to a safety stopper 14 side. As the safety stopper 14 is rotated by being pushed by the tip end 17a of the rod, the tip end 14b of the safety stopper is separated from the notch 8b of an arm, and locking of a safety device 9 to a stopper 5 is released. The upper side surface 14a of the safety stopper is pushed by the projected portion 8a of the arm by rotating the stopper 5 to a lifter 12 side, and the safety stopper 14 is rotated clockwise. Then, a spool 2 can be delivered on to a lifter 12. The remaining spool 2a stored on an inclined stand 3 are prevented from rollong motion by the side 5 of the stopper. |
