PURPOSE:To realize a structure in which if signal current is applied to a stripe electrode the oscillation light is produced simultaneously under other electrodes near the stripe electrode in accordance with the signal current. Thus, a laser unit, which can suitably used for the coupler of light IC, etc., can be obtained. |
