PURPOSE:To easily and efficiently treat dust in dam and water reservoir by a method in which a dust-collecting net with a float is delivered to a given water area by a ship while sending it out by a cable, and dust and rubbish floating in the water area are collected and put aside near the bank by the dust-collecting net. CONSTITUTION:A dust-collecting net 6 is floated on water, its one end is connected to a ship, the net 6 is moved to a water area where dust is floating while sending it out by a cable 4, the ship is navigated in such a way as to surround and collect the dust by the net 6, and then both ends of the dust-collecting net 6 are connected with each other into a loop form. After the collection of dust, a pulling device 5 is actuated and the dust-collecting net 6 is pulled toward the dust-collecting base 1 while winding and pulling the cable 4. The dust in the net 6 is orderly scooped up by a recoverer 2, supplied to an incinerator 3, and then burned out. |
