PURPOSE:To set the speed ratio of reciprocating motion in accordance with the feed conditions of works, by changing the low speed in a certain range, while keeping the high speed unchanged. CONSTITUTION:Being geared to a low speed gear (L), a variable power shaft 17 drives, through pulleys 18, 20 and a clutch 19, a driving shaft 13 and interlocking bodies 4, 4 at a low speed. When a detector is turned on to excite a solenoid clutch 14, a high speed gear (H) is engaged with the driving shaft 13 for revolving the bodies 4, 4 at a high speed through pulleys 11, 15 and the clutch 14. As another detector is actuated, the solenoid clutch 14 is turned off to resume the low gear position. Thus the speed of low gear (L) is changeable in a certain range by controlling a reducing gear 9 as the feed conditions of works require. |
