PURPOSE:To prevent wind noise etc. through minimizing the difference in level between a weather strip and the outer surface of a wind shield glass, by covering the outer surface of said glass-end with thin thick holding piece, when the shield glass is kept on the flange of the entranse edge of a vehicle-body by way of a weather strip. CONSTITUTION:The flange 8 of the entranse edge of a vehicle body B is inserted into a weather strip 2, thereby holding a wind shield glass 1. A groove 4 into which said flange 8 is inserted and a glass recieving part 2a shaped along from the edge-inner surfce 1a to the edge side surface 16 of said glass, are formed in this weather strip 2, and then a thin thick lip 5 covering the edge-outer surface 1c of the glass 1 is formed. A holding piece 10 is prepared on the outer surface of the lip 5', and one end 10b of the piece 10 is caused to be buried into the weather strip 2, and further, another end 10a covering the end outer surface 1c of the glass 1 and the weather strip 2 hold the glass 1 in cooperation, thereby reducing difference in level 8, between the outer surface of the glass 1 and holding piece 10. |
