<p>PURPOSE:To enable a coil wire to be manufactured automatically with high accuracy, by fixing a shaft to a main shaft of a lathe, by installing a guide part to a tool rest, and thereby winding the coil wire supplied from a spool into the shaft, utilizing the rotation of the main shfat as well as the feed of the tool rest. CONSTITUTION:A shaft 2 is fitted to a main shaft 1 of a lathe while a guide part 4 is attached to a blade rest 3, and a spool 5 which supplies a wire having a round or rectangular section is also installed. In coil manufacturing, the shaft 2 is used to wind the coil wire to the desired diameter, the guide part 4 is used to distribute the coil wire at equal spacing on the shaft 2, and the spool 5 is used to supply the coil wire. By fixing to the shaft 2 the end of the wire supplied from the spool 5, through the guide part 4 and by driving simultaneously the rotation of the main shaft 1 as well as the feeding from the tool rest 3 after regulating the both, the coil wire is wound to the shaft automaically at equal spacing, to be formed into a coil.</p> |
