PURPOSE:To reduce expenses for a circuit of a monitoring device, by sending a monitor controlling data and picture information by time division by use of a communication channel consisting of one circuit. CONSTITUTION:A centralized remote monitor controller is constituted by connecting a center consisting of a control desk 1 and a master station side transmitting device 2, a job site controller 4, a television camera 5 and a slave station side transmitting device 3 by use of a communication channel LINE1 consisting of 1 circuit. On the master station side transmitting device 2 and the slave station side transmitting device 3, not only a TCKM device 11 and 18, and a static picture device 14 and 21, but also a circuit controller 15 and 24 are provided, respectively, and also a circuit changeover SW16 and 25 are added. In such a constitution, at first, a remote monitor control data is transmitted through the LINE1 by the TCKM device 11 and 18. After the transmission of this data has been completed, a static picture signal from the camera is transmitted to a monitor television 17 by switching the SW16 and 25. In this way, since the data and the static picture are transmitted by the communication channel of 1 circuit, expenses for the circuit are reduced. |
