NEW MATERIAL:The 4-hetero ring-substituted-2,6-di-t-butyl-phenol derivative of formulaI(one of R1-R4 is group of formula II, and the other three are H, halogen, substituted or unsubstituted lower alkyl, etc.; n is 0-2; dotted line represents a double bond or a single bond) or its salt. EXAMPLE:6-(3,5-Di-t-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)-2,3-dihydroimidazo[2,1-b]th iazole. USE:Antiphlogistic agent, antipyretic and analgesic agent, antiarthritic agent, antirheumatic agent, and immunoregulating agent. PROCESS:A compound of formulaIwherein n=0 can be prepared by reacting the 2-amino-thiazole derivative or 2-aminothiazoline derivative of formula III with the haloacetyl dervative of formula IV. The product can be converted to the monoxide compound (n=1) and the dioxide compound (n=2) ty treating with an oxidizing agent (e.g. H2O2). |
