PURPOSE:To prevent the leakage of molten plastic material for injection from the side edges of parts by providing a pressure receiving face to be touched by the side edges of molding parts in molds and also a pressing mechanism to the molding parts to the pressure receiving face. CONSTITUTION:A part 9 is pressingly attached between a lower mold 25 and an upper mold 30 and a molten plastic material is injected onto the part, in such an injection molding machine, a pressure receiving face 51 to be touched by the side edge 9b of the part 9 is formed on the lower mold 25, and also a pressing mechanism 40 to press the side edge 9b of the part is provided on the pressure receiving face 51. During the injection molding period, the pressing face 43b of the pressing mechanism 40 presses on the fin 12 of the part 9, and also the other side edge 9b is pressed on the pressure receiving face 51 of the lower mold for positioning. Thus, the leakage of the molten plastic material can be avoided because of the presence of no aperture even when the molten plastic material is injected from one side edge 9b to the other side edge 9b of the part 9. |
