PURPOSE:To remove a skewer from a CHKIUWA (a bamboo-shaped broiled fish-paste cake) without damaging the product, by engaging one end of the skewer in the broiled CHIKUWA with a guide, quickly moving the skewer slightly to the engaging side, and pulling out the skewer slowly to the opposite side. CONSTITUTION:A broiled CHIKUWA 8 (a bamboo-shaped broiled fish paste cake) is transferred by chains 10 while held with a skewer 4. On arrival of the skewer in the AHIKUWA 8 at a through-hole part 12, a hammer 13 is operated to strike and move the skewer 4 engaged with a guide 11 at one end thereof quickly in the direction of the axis slightly, engage and compress the CHIKUWA 8 with CHIKUWA engaging guides 19. Thus, the CHIKUWA 8 is separated from the skewer 4. The skewer 4 separated from the CHIKUWA 4 is then transferred to a skewer pulling out apparatus 1, and the CHIKUWA 8 is slowly pulled out of the skewer 4 by a skewer pulling out chain 6 while held by a CHIKUWA holder 3. |
