PURPOSE:To form a female screw having a high limiting clamping torque in urethane foam moldings by forming a strong skin layer on the periphery of the threaded insert of urethane foam moldings. CONSTITUTION:A molding material (a mixture of polyurethane resin, a blowing agent, and a curing agent) from an after mixer 11 is injected into a cavity 10, whereupon the molding material undergoes reaction, expands, and solidifies inside the cavity 10. Then, the molding so formed is cooled by an upper mold 8, a lower mold 9, and a threaded insert 5 to become a urethane foam molding with a screw in which a core layer 3 is formed inside and a strong skin layer 4 is formed on the outer surface of the molding and the outside of the threaded insert 5. |
