<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the magnetic flux leakage of electromagnetic clutches and mechanically stabilize them by setting up a gap and greeves on the bonded surface of disk plates, inserting ring-shaped non-magnetic binder into the greeves, and bonding the disk plates. CONSTITUTION:The ring-shaped gap 240 is set up between the bonded surfaces 221a and 222a of the disk plates 221 and 222 and the grooves 221b are formed on the surfaces at right angles, respectively. The non-magnetic ring-shaped binding member 223 which is easier to plasticity-deform than the disk plates 221 and 222 is inserted into the gap 240 and the entire part is placed on a mold. The binding member 223 is inserted into the grooves 221b and 222b at the mold pressurized part and the inter-disk plates 221 and 222 are mechanically fixed. This permits the mechanical stability of electromagnetic clutches to increase and their magnetic flux leakage to be reduced.</p> |
