PURPOSE:To manufacture three-dimensionally decorated products in great quantities by a method in which a transfer foil film consisting of a base film, a releasing layer, a top coat layer, a printed layer, and an adhesive layer is inserted into molds, and under the condition, a synthetic resin is injected into the molds CONSTITUTION:A transfer foil film 6, prepared by orderly laminating a releasing layer 2, a top coat layer 3, a printed layer 4, and an adhesive layer 5 on the surface of a base film 1, is coiled up endlessly. Then, the transfer foil film 6 is inserted into split type left and right molds for injection molding, having a cavity 7 and a core 9, in such a way that its adhesive layer 5 is positioned on the core 9 side and also the base film 1 is positioned on the cavity 7 side, and then the molds are clamped. Then, a molten resin is injected into the cavity 7 to mold a synthetic resin container 14 whose outer surface has an uneven pattern matching the uneven pattern of the cavity face, and then the foil film 6 is peeled off to transfer the printed layer 4 and the top coat layer 3 to the uneven surface of the container 14. |
