PURPOSE:To improve a processing capacity of a single incinerator by a method wherein a plurality of fluidized bed chambers are defined in a single incinerator with fluidized bed to make the air flow for use in blowing sand in the fluidized bed in good order and further its pressure distribution uniform. CONSTITUTION:Interior of the furnace chamber of the incinerator 30 coated with a lining of refractory material is divided into a plurality of fluidized bed chambers 36 by the partition walls 32 and 34 made of refractory material such as fire brick. The partition walls 32 and 34 extend up to position slightly higher than the fluidized bed formed in the incinerator chamber. A pair of oppositely arranged feeder pipes 38 for use in supplying the pressurized air are installed at the outer wall surfaces of the incinerator body with the body 30 being therebetween. To each of the feeder pipes 38 for supplying the pressurized air are connected a number of pressurized air injection pipes 40 communicating therewith in comb-like arrangement and passing through the outer wall of the incinerator body. Further, they terminate at the pertition wall 34 after extending horizontally and supported by the partition wall. |
