Elastic plaster strip which can be rolled up, with a resilient plastic woven or non-woven fabric (14) and plaster (15) applied thereon, containing binder, mineral fillers and, if appropriate, conventional additives, containing a plaster which resists a specific sudden tensile loading. The elastic plaster strip has a width of 2 to 4 m and a length of 8 to 20 m. Fig. 4 shows a cross-section of the elastic plaster strip. <IMAGE>
