PURPOSE:To improve electric characteristic and heat resistance, by obtaining a component wire wound up with mica tape for a conductor under prepreg-state of resin stuck to aggregated mica containing aromatic polyamide fibrids and a heat-resistant high-molecular film by thermal fusion. CONSTITUTION:A thin leaf material containing 50% or more of mica with thickness of 35-65mum thermal-fused with an aggregated mica foil containing 1-5% of aromatic polyamide fibrids and a capton film in 40-60g/m<2>. The thin leaf material is treated with 30-45% of epoxy resin impregnated resin mixed with epoxy resin and an acid anhydrous hardening agent to form a component wire wound up with prepreg mica tape. The component wire is wound up by required turns to form a coil and is treated with prepreg insulation after heat press to be heat-hardened for an insulated coil having a component wire or turn insulation with good heat resistance or electric characteristic. |
