PURPOSE:To make a moisture permeation speed and a moisture permeable path clear with regard to resin-sealed products, by checking the moisture permeable path by mixing a material which changes color owing to moisture absorption, with at least a part of resin. CONSTITUTION:A sample sealed with white resin 8 which never mixes with cobalt is cut, and the color changes of cobalt-mixed resin layers 7 with which the tips of leads 3 and a die pat 5 are coated is checked visually. On the basis of a difference in color of a lead indication part 9 between the cutting and decomposition of a sample sealed with resin 6 with which cobalt is mixed, the condition of moisture permeation from gaps in the interface between the resin layer 7 and the leads 3 is visually checked. When a frame 1 coated with the cobalt-mixed resin 6 is cut, the formation of gaps in the interface of the leads 3 is checked visually by the color change of the resin layer 7. |
