PURPOSE:To relieve bit information without requriing large-sized constitution, by comparing bit information written in a memory with that read out after write and controlling a decoder in a space memory and a decoder. CONSTITUTION:Bit information from an input circuit 6 is written in and read out in a memory MMhG.k corresponding to an address from an address information generating circuit 91 via switches SW1-SW3. This read-out bit information and that from the circuit 6 are logically compared via a decoder control circuit 81, and if they are discident, the output of the circuit 81 controls a decoder 7 and a spare memory decoder 82, an output of the corresponding memory MMhG.k is inhibited, the bit information is written in ans SMjG.k and read out. Thus, it is not required to write the same bit information to a majority memory according to the logic of decision by majority, allowing to relieve the bit information. |
