PURPOSE:To intend the improvement of heat-resistance and electric characteristic, by using a prepreg insulating material treated with resin to a thin leaf material stuck to a porous high-molecular material and aggregated mica paper mixed with required rate of high-molecular fibrids by thermal fusion. CONSTITUTION:A thin leaf material containing 50% or more of mica with thickess of 35-65mum thermal-fused with an aggregated mica foil containing 1- 9% of aromatic polyamide fibrids and aromatic polyamide papers in 40-60g/m and 25-45g/m. This thin leaf material is treated with approximately 40% of epoxy impregnated resin (weight % for mica 100) mixed with epoxy resin and an acid anhydrous hardening agent to form a coil by required turns using a component wire wound up with mica tape. After heat press, the material is treated with prepreg insulation and is heat-hardened to obtain an insulated coil having a component wire or turn insulation part 2 with good heat resistance and electric characteristic. |
