The German Patent Application P 3030745.0 (main application) illustrates a fastening fitting, the use of which makes it possible to cut parts of furniture to special lengths without additional procedures for providing receiving openings again for the fastening fittings. Said fastening fitting is to be yet further improved such that no parts of the corner connection can be seen and that these no longer have to be screwed together. For this purpose, the two legs of an angle profile are arranged in the horizontal plane, in order to form a bearing means for the furniture parts to be connected, and are provided with a wedge piece which engages into one of the furniture parts.
