PURPOSE:To increase the margin of a swap operating currenr, and to improve the reliability of a magnetic bubble memory chip, by forming a coupled pattern element of a swap gate with a pattern tilted toward a prescribed direction. CONSTITUTION:A coupling pattern element 31 of a swap gate section of a magnetic bubble memory chip in which the major line is formed with a double long period pattern element, is formed with a pattern tilted toward a direction detached from a write major line 3. Thus, a permalloy pattern forming transfer circuit elements 11... of a minor loop 1 is thinly arranged, and the margin of the swap operating current flowed to a conductor pattern 40 is increased and the swap gate circuit which can increase the reliability of the magnetic bubble memory chip is achieved. |
