Rinsing, cooling and spraying device, and use thereof

There is proposed a device for rinsing, cooling and spraying body cavities, especially bone bearings in which endoprostheses are fixed with bone cement. The device comprises a pressurised gas container, a metering device, storage vessels for liquids or powders and specially shaped dispensing attachments which are inserted into the body cavity or the bone bearing. Compressed gases are used as pressurising agents and coolants. In addition, liquid or pulverulent active substances can be sprayed. <IMAGE>
