<p>PURPOSE:To provide a sufficient lighting when a bicycle is running with low speed, by lighting with a lamp having such rated power as matching with the output in the low output region of a generator and limiting the output of the generator through a power converting means when the output of the generator exceeds the rated power. CONSTITUTION:An output terminal 1a of a generator 1 being fixed to a bicycle is connected to an input terminal 2a of a constant current circuit 2 having an output terminal 2b connected to an input terminal 3a of a lamp 3 the earth terminal 3b of which is connected to an earth E. Rated watt of the lamp 3 corresponds to the output of the generator 1 in low output region, thus enabling lighting with the output in low output region when the bicycle is running with low speed. When the bicycle is running with high speed, increase of output of the generator 1 is limited within low output region by the constant current circuit 2, thereby the lamp 3 is protected from breakdown due to increase of supply current.</p> |
