<p>PURPOSE:To handle a muting signal and an alarm signal with one signal line, by performing muting in the generation timing of the alarm signal. CONSTITUTION:When a recording mode is set with an operation key 10, a recording muting signal Er and a recording mode signal E16 are generated from a control circuit 12. A tape terminating signal E34 is gEnerated in the same timing as a signal Ee which is obtained when an interval of a pulse signal E32 exceeds a prescribed interval. A logical product output of a gate 42 is given to a signal synthesizer 22 and a preamplifier 24 via a buffer 44. This output Eea is used as a tape end muting and end alarm signal. Thus, the muting and the end alarm signal can be handled on one signal line and the muting can be given in the generating timing of the alarm signal.</p> |
