PURPOSE:To improve adiabatic, corona-resistance and space coefficient, by setting a thin leaf insulating material stuck to a high-molecular film and aggregated mica paper mixed with required rate of high-molecular fibrids by thermal fusion to decrease the content of mica in the material over the required amount. CONSTITUTION:A thin leaf material containing 50% of more of mica with thickness of 35-65mum thermal-fused with an aggregated mica foil containing 15% of aromatic polyamide fibrids and capton films in 40-60g/m<2> and 25- 45g/m<2>. The material is treated with 30-45% of epoxy resin impregnated resin mixed with epoxy resin and an acid anhydrous hardening agent to form an insulated coil having required turn insulation using a component wire wound up by required turns of prepreg mica tape. After heat press, the material is treated with prepreg insulation to be hat-hardened. Thus, an insulated coil having a component wire or turn insulation part 2 with good electric characteristic, e.g. heat resistance and corona-resistance is obtained. |
